New UK report states: Hair extensions cause baldness!‏

The Trichological Society, one of the UK’s biggest hair science groups has come out against hair extensions claiming that they can lead to problems such as bald patches and alopecia.

Barry Stevens the head hair scientist who runs the group states, “People who have hair extensions usually have high hopes they’ll look and feel good but very often it ends in tears. There can be quite serious consequences wearing them for a long period. They are capable of destroying hair permanently.”

Well first off, how awesome is the name of their group…the Trichological Society? I wanna join! It sounds mysterious, like the Freemasons. I wonder if you get a secret ring if you’re lucky enough to be inducted.
