Katy Perry to become British Citizen… Does this make her a ‘Brit Twit’?

In a recent interview with British talk show host Alan Carr Perry, Katy Perry says she intends to become a citizen of the UK… as soon as she marries Russell Brand.

“One of the first things I’ll do is apply for dual citizenship”, the pop tart gushed, “I’m not too sure if I have to take a test as I’ve not had time to look into it. But England is like my second home.”

Oh it’s her second home now… how international of her.  What?  She’s been on the scene for like a year and now she’s the United Nations.
